Invitation
It's our pleasure to invite you to our first Psychological Safety Seminar in Stavanger Norway, hosted by our SAFE partner PeoplewithE on the 23rd of October.
Join us, to listen to the views of experts in the field of psychological safety, to hear about the results of our research, and to give us your feedback on your own experiences as leaders.
Whilst offering clear value to almost any kind of organisation, the outcomes of a psychological safety project are particularly significant for teams in the “high risk” sector, such as airlines, shipping companies, offshore installation & project managers, police and the military, hospitals, emergency services and other first response agencies.
Program:
17:00 Welcome and networking
17:30 Psychological Safety as the cornerstone for high performing cultures.
Presentations by Endre L. Løvås (Founding-partner PeoplewithE) and Steven Becker & Huibert Evekink (SAFE Project Leads and founders of Futureteaming)
18:20 Discussion
19:00 Tapas & bubbles
Location
Kirkegaten 3
4006 Stavanger

Background
PeoplewithE, Future Teaming and other SAFE partners around the world are conducting interviews with a wide cross section of top-level leaders in different sectors. Our objective is to establish the current level of understanding and uptake of psychological safety measures, the potential barriers to implementation, and the perceived value of further adoption. We are also investigating how the concepts of psychological safety can be applied most effectively in practical, day-to-day environments. This research will form the basis for future publication in book or white paper form, and will also inform our own activities as consultants supporting businesses and organisations in Norway and other countries around the world.
